This one day intensive workshop will help you develop your skills as a portrait photographer by guiding you through practical techniques and creative skills. Through demonstrations by Haley Renee and a hands on photo shoot you will learn the key principles of lighting, equipment and techniques and how to use them to create beautiful portraits.
You will learn how to produce a photo shoot from the initial creative concept to the final product; from engaging with the your creative team, communicating with the subject, posing considerations, specific lighting techniques to post production.
This workshop is hands on and will include a full photo shoot designed to teach beginners with a basic understanding of photography to professionals who want to develop their skills in the studio.
Students are expected to have a camera with manual controls and to be able to use their camera in Manual (M) mode and have a basic understanding of Aperture, Shutter speed ISO.
